The Secretary of the Ramiralty

presents his compliments to the Under Secretary

of State for the Colonies, and with reference to Admiralty memorandum of the 18th October, C.P.20975 begs to forward herewith for the information of the Secretary of State a copy of

a letter from the Anglo-Persian 011 Company in which they state that they do not propose to erect an Oil Fuel Installation at Hong Kong, at any rate at present.
